League of Clarity, League of Blindness

Just a random ass thought in the shower I had for a random game mode

game modes where, there is unlimited clarity ex. you can see everyone on the map, all skills are telegraphed if they arent already (like sion and lux)

and other game mode where everyone is as blind as lee sin the mini map wont even be there and nothing will be telegraphed minion and enemy champion hp, also not displayed team mate locations? lol not displayed out with jungle and inhib timers too

Best idea ever or what?
