Why not have IP weekend every weekend, but it's different each time?

With all the content in the game, League sets up this near insurmountable wall you need to climb in order to be competitive, never mind have all of the things in the game. Having IP weekend every weekend would reduce this wall a bit and make the game more accessible. In addition, should we have an IP weekend like this one again, it may cause people to make some friends grouping up as 5.

That being said, this IP weekend is a tad absurd. I'm getting like 270 IP from bot games, and I'm okay with this and I am not okay with this. But if we could have a different bonus IP weekend every time, say some weekends it's this, some it's the jackpot system, maybe even make ARAM, Dominion, or Treeline give more IP it would make people play more, and they would play more with friends. And let's be real. Nobody plays Dominion or TT so making it give more IP would drag people in.
