was their like a major bug or was his win rate in the game mode super super high? i played a lot of him in snow down and i didn't really feel anything was off, so im just lookin for context? whats the reasoning for vel'koz's removal from the game mode?

I believe he had messed up particle effects that were causing huge amounts of visual confusion. I've also heard that his ultimate was actually invisible.
