WHAT IF: You could spend IP to enter a gamemode, win to get RP

So many people have tons of IP, and they are really good. So what if you could spend 10k ip (idk exact numbers) and you would enter a 1v1 on ARAM or a 5v5 on Summoners Rift with others (either high elo players or other people who put in some ip) and at the end of the game, you get a flat RP amount depending how long the game was + some RP for each kill / assist / dragon / baron / gold income or something like that, up to a cap of 1500 rp? OR what if you could bet IP on a match (not with people you know, but with the featured matches on the homescreen or something) and win some RP if they win? Just something to do with extra IP
