Base Runner - A Gamemode Idea

The idea of this gamemode is almost like Capture the Flag. Each base has a Flag or some other capturable object. The enemy team must sneak around and grab this object and run it back between the towers. It must be run through towers, which are disabled in this game mode. Towers will not attack, and act purely as running points. The object MUST be run through towers, running it through the jungle will not count. Running it through the jungle will not result in any gained points, and the object must be run back across the jungle and then through the towers to gain the points. The object holder is visible to the enemy team and grants vision around them in a 400 unit radius to the enemy team. They have 35% reduced armor and magic resist and -15% tenacity. If they die, they drop the object and it must be run back to it's original position. If it is left alone for 10 seconds, it automatically returns to it's original position, but the team who's object it is loses a point. The object holder also has the Point Runner passive applied to them while they hold the flag. They can drop the flag at any time by pressing F8. This can, of course, be repathed. Dropping the flag grants the person who dropped the flag 25% of their maximum health and a burst of movement speed that decays over 2 seconds. The flag can not be picked up by the team who dropped it for 5 seconds after it was purposefully dropped. The first team to 25 points wins.

Scoring 1 point - Getting the object to your base 2 points - Getting the object to your base without the flag holder dying 3 points - Carrying the flag through all turrets of 2 different lanes 4 points - Carrying the flag past every tower on the map -1 point - Having your flag auto-return -3 points - Being aced

You can not have negative points. You get no points for acing the enemy team, but they lose 3. Teams passively gain a point every 5 minutes, just to make sure that the games end. If no points are scored by 20 minutes, the game automatically ends in a draw.

Special Rules Turrets do not target units and the second tier turrets do not grant a shield. They do still boost Point Runner, however. Minions do not spawn. The Nexus is invulnerable Nexus turrets do not count as turrets, they are simply terrain, along with the nexus. Champions start at level 3, with 1275 gold. The flag holder has 35% reduced armor and magic resist, and 15% reduced tenacity. They also are granted Point Runner. Point Runner can not be granted by any other source. Out of combat movespeed bonuses are disabled. (Effectively rendering item 3117 useless.)

I would play this, but I do not know if riot would take the work to just create a small thing like this, but I think it would be very fun, at least for me.
