We need to have bans for people that are toxic no matter what mode.

I've heard that the tribunal won't ban people for behavior unless it is ranked play. If so, that needs to change and change yesterday. A player in a bot game took Tahn Kench, and used his devore to grab people and throw them into the fountain. He needs to be banned for intentional grieving. Permanently. He new exactly what he was doing, and when people complained, he ignored them. That deserves the loss of his account. It wasn't a poor player, he was being a troll. That is NOT okay. It deserves the most severe penalty that LOL can muster. You want to ruin someone else's fun? Just go away.
