Game Mode: Global Threat

I had an Idea for a silly game mode, one to RIVAL U.R.F!!!Maybe Imagine this... Every single champion would have global-range abilities, unless they are in their fountain areas. It's a simple Idea, but rather interesting I think.

Zed ult-

Marks all champions, any damage dealt to one champion is dealt to all.

Then add amumu + nunu.
