Why are the championships/LCS/tournaments always the same map?
Just curious, have they ever done a tournament on howling abyss, crystal scar, or TT?

Actually, Dominate Dominion holds a tournament for Dominion.

For official Riot tournaments however, there is no tournament on an alternative map.
Diversity is good.
The problem with HA,CS,TT is that they simply don't have enough complexity.
Ascension - an upcoming mode however is going to be very interesting. It is has a lot of, what I call, 'potential'.
there are 2 dominion tournaments, just riot doesn't encourage the other maps to flourish so no one plays them, and it makes me sad :<
