Every champion spawns with a never ending Sion ultimate.

It cannot be ended manually, and hitting terrain causes you to bounce off.

Each nexus has 1000 health. Champion kills deal 50 damage to the enemy nexus and restore 25 health to your own. This is the only way to damage the nexus.
