Is this something we'll be seeing on the North America server? The Latin America North server appears to already have the provisions in place. Given the timeframe of the event, it seems like this is something we would've seen advertised by now.

Unless there are discrepancies betwixt the servers with events and promotions. That would be an unfortunate revelation.
