Can we have this option for Custom Games?

Can we have some kind of option to have the host of the game be able to kick people within the game? No offense, I've seen more trolls in custom game modes than in actual normals or ranked and reporting them does jack shit. These people are far worse since there's nothing holding them back from being a complete asshole.

I really hate seeing people pick Vayne and Yasuo carelessly because they're "OP".
