I just got back from a full year away, because of the community. I don't even mind if people want to rage at me, what gets me is when I see one idiot say something about another player on the team being bad, and blaming them for a loss, after like 1 death, and like clockwork you see the entire team turn on that person and they become the scapegoat for all of their bad games, because of one death early on that actually had very little effect on the game. So since I've been back I've taken it upon myself to try and defuse every toxic situation that arises, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but trying to use humor, or attempting to aim their anger towards me by claiming responsibility for someone elses bad game can help make the community less taxing on yourself mentally. Though like I said, I don't mind the rage when it's pointed at me, my hatred of the community grows when I see the team gang up on one person over a single mistake (or even a horrendously bad game full of mistakes, as long as they're trying, the anger sickens me).
Not entirely however, I still feel the sadness growing within me over the toxicity of the people I encounter in game.
