Just had an adc in my last ranked match that went afk 3 times for 3-5 minutes because "they had to take care of a baby" everyone reported this person but the player said riot will understand. I hope this person gets justice that's stupid to queue ranked if you have a baby to take care of during the match right?

for all you know the baby was asleep and it woke up crying. If his pass-time is playing video games there's no reason for him to sacrifice this just because he has a baby. Sometimes things come up unexpectedly and they have to be dealt with, and while yes if he intentionally afks you should report him you should at least understand that people have priorities.

indeed, and I agree that the player should be punished for their actions, especially if they do it multiple times, they should work their schedule around things like that. I'm saying that the poster should have more understanding that things come up, and approach this issue with a more open attitude, rather than preaching "justice" over 1 afk.

elduris1 votesSorry to hear you had a bad experience, but sometimes things like that happen. If the player shows a pattern of going AFK in game then you can be sure they will be punished. But for only one game? Unlikely.
