The way I saw it, the way it was announced, I thought it was a temporary game mode. But when you go to start a game:

Nowhere does it say "featured game mode" or anything about being a temporary map.

It's temporarily replaced the Howling Abyss. After the event ends, HA is back, but BB might stay in as part of a random Murderbridge shuffle.

It's still temporary. Instead of deciding to make it a rotational map where you have a 50/50 chance of getting either, we just get this for a little bit and then it's gone for probably forever.
