Sandbox/Practice Mode

I think that this would be a good idea to implement as a custom game mode, although it isn't really a 'mode' but rather additional options. This would help people test out builds, learn certain mechanics, and learn more about specific matchups without having to grind out a full game.

Options include, but are not limited to:

  • Infinite gold or items with 0 gold cost (to buy certain items without having to spend X amount of time farming)
  • Starting Level: Being able to choose which level you (and opponent(s)) start the game at. If you wanna skip ahead to level 6 or go straight to 18 (anywhere from 1 to 18), that's your choice.
  • Objectives: Able to pick which objectives are up (turrets, inhibitors, dragon, baron, etc.) and which are down.
  • Champion location: Ability to teleport/move champions to wherever you want. If you want to practice Baron fights, you can move everyone there. If you wanna see which locations a champion can jump/dash over/though, you don't have to run all over.
  • Mana/Cooldown: Ability to eliminate or drastically reduce mana/energy costs and cooldowns for abilities (Like URF)

Obviously, there would be no IP/XP rewards for these 'games'. It's just something that, I personally, have been thinking about recently.

A lot of people have requested this, making custom games, you know, actually becoming custom xD I think Rito has responded to a couple of them but nothing definite was laid down

It already exists internally at Riot, as seen in some of their demo videos. They probably just don't want to release it and guarantee bug fixes against yet another product.
