Ranked team builder?

Some people are only strong in one or two roles, and tho yes they should learn each role. Some people simply don't do well in some positions.

Couldn't we just make a ranked team builder mode?

BUT WITH ONE BIG DIFFERENCE

Instead of selecting your champion before hand, you que up as your role (Say you want ADC)

You wait a moment, que goes through and your now in a draft lobby where everyone is labeled as their role

Teammate 1: Support Teammate 2: Top Teammate 3: Mid Teammate 4: Jungle You: ADC

First in the list. (Using the same method used to assign first pick in draft) Is now in charge of bans. The 2 teams then pick their bans, and one by one will grab the characters they want for their roles.

I fail to see how this would be a bad thing. Anyone who "demands" to have a certain role will now have their desired role and won't screw anyone over by stealing it even tho someone above them in que took it already.

Anyone who doesn't want certain roles. (For example most people can't play ADC due to the strange array of situations bot lane can be put in) Now don't have to deal with going into that role.

Anyone else agree? I found people are a lot less negative in team builder simply because they got the role they want. There's never any arguing, this would solve a lot of problems.
