a mode were unique passives are disabled?

so me and a friend were tossing around the idea about what if there were no unique passives? it sounds like allot of fun we have urf so why not this mode? :D

i know you wouldn't be able to do away with alll of them like the ie passive but id love to build more then one last whisper or zonyas how about 4 randuins? idk its sounds like allot of fun to me
