So I just came up with this great idea have a look:

Note: 125 is the number of champions in LoL (Not counting Tahm Kench)

  • Every champion's health is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of health.)

  • Every champion's health per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of health per level.)

  • Every champion's health regeneration is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of health regeneration.)

  • Every champion's health regeneration per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of health regeneration per level.)

  • Every champion's mana is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of mana.)

  • Every champion's mana per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of mana per level.)

  • Every champion's mana regeneration is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of mana regeneration.)

  • Every champion's mana regeneration per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of mana regeneration per level.)

  • Every champion's attack damage is added up and divided by 125. (so ever champion has the same amount of attack damage.)

  • Every champion's attack damage per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of attack damage per level.)

  • Every champion's attack speed is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of attack speed.)

  • Every champion's attack speed per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of attack speed per level.)

  • Every champion's armor is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of armor.)

  • Every champion's armor per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of armor per level.)

  • Every champion's magic resist is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of magic resist.)

  • Every champion's magic resist per level is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of magic resist per level.)

  • Every champion's movement speed is added up and divided by 125. (so every champion has the same amount of movement speed.)

  • Every champion uses mana for abilities.

  • Every basic ability's mana cost is added up and divided by 375. (So every basic ability costs the same).

  • Every ultimate's mana cost is added up and divided by 125. (So every ult costs the same.)

  • Every basic ability's cool down is added up and divided by 375. (So every basic ability had the same cool down.)

  • Every ultimates' cool down is added up and divided by 125. (So every basic ability had the same cool down.)

  • Range for every champ is split somewhere in the middle so you are able proc both Ravenous Hydra's and Runann's Hurricane's passive

  • Base damage from all abilities are removed

  • All abilities deal magic damage and scale with 1x ap and nothing else

  • EVERYTHING relating of autos will do physical damage and scale with 1x ad and nothing else (including things like teemo e and varus w)

That's all I have as of now (sorry if it was too long and too written out) Thoughts, feedbacks, suggestions, yes's, no's, and opinions are all welcome.
