Can Dominion also get the fancy PROJECT: Minions too?

I saw a full PROJECT team load in and was sad to see that not only did we not get any fancy minions, we didn't even get the PROJECT warp in.

Given that Riot had no qualms about limiting Pool Party minions to SR-only, limiting PROJECT: Minions as well was pretty expected. PROJECT: Marginalization is clearly proceeding as planned.
