Will Doom Bots of Doom Return for Harrowing?

Not even the Harrowing returned for the Harrowing last year.
How about just doom? no bots. That would be nice to actually control a doom champ. The doom bots mode wasn't as fun because of the bot part.
Oh, and a list of champions that would be op in doom form...
