Twisted Treeline Blind Pick music not being updated?

Riot doesn't even pretend to give a shit about anything but SR and sometimes HA. Orb of Winter now builds out of Negatron Cloak, but Moonflair Spellblade, which once had it, still doesn't. There're tons of simple changes that Riot is many months late on at this point. They just don't give a fuck about TT.
