ARAM takes too long to finish.
ARAM is at a good state competitively, better than ever before. I find the game lasts a bit too long right now.

Yeah man I can't agree with that the game lasts too long. While some games last longer than they should there are plenty where you will destroy or get destroyed by 18 minutes.
my arams often last 25-30 mins , which i feel is too long . the occassional cespool aram might last 15-18 mins without ff .

How? Bottom-tier champs are still bottom-tier. Top-tier champs are somehow even more top-tier. Some of the newer items are interesting, yet don't really solve the problems the weak champs tend to have. Mark/Dash just worsened balance problems.
