Adding a pick order for blind pick?

I think its a bit unfair that people like me with SSDs who load into the lobby faster can basically get our choice of role every time.

Why not just add a pick order to blind pick?

This would cut down on the number of people who get to ranked only ever playing one champion and would, i think, serve to reduce the amount of toxicity you see with the "mid or feed" crowd.
