It's About URF...
With the recent additions of Azir, URF has me a little concerned about Azir's passive... Azir's attack speed can scale with cooldown reduction, in URF everyone has 80% cooldown reduction. this would cause Azir to start out with massive attack speed, giving him a huge advantage against anyone he's against. Also, he would be able to spam turrets (unless it stays at a solid 3 mins). Anyway, if URF does come back, these are just my concerns.
