@Riot Reminder: Garen map-specific buffs to his W

So, you've talked about Garen and his W a few times already, and mentioned that he's getting something in order to make it scale faster on alternate maps (at least Dominion and ARAM). I wanted to increase the chance of you remembering to actually add it next patch.

Oh, and while you're at it, consider a solution like you did with GP, stacks over time. If you just increase the creep scaling you're going to pretty much force him to either go bot or farm a lot top. While you're at it, give Thresh stacks over time for his passive (and reduce the ratio to 1x so he doesn't become overpowered).

(Could we get Rod of Ages updated on Dominion as well? It currently uses the old stats, I think it'd be better if it used the new stacks while keeping the increased Dominion stack rate).

Also nerf GP's TT serpents. 1/second is fine for Dominion and ARAM (I might consider bumping it to 1.25), you can expect 2 upgrades on an average game and 3 for along ARAM, but on TT you get your first upgrade before you even HAVE your ult. You cap your upgrades way too fast.

As for moving other stacking champions to the time-generated system, yes (but still keep in mind TT needing a reduced ratio compared to CS and HA. I will be talking CS/HA ratios):

Sion could use around 1 hp/5s Nasus needs a minimum damage scaling of 1/5s on Q (deals either stacks or time damage, whichever is higher. Prevents bot lane snowballing while making tanking viable top and ARAM) Veigar getting 1 AP per 6 seconds or so shouldn't be too bad Bard needs roughly 1 chime per 10. Thresh as stated above should have the 2x reverted in favor of time generation. 1/6s is my best guess, having never played him.

Oh, and can we give Azir a passive? Really annoying being the only champion without a passive.

Last thing, would it be OP to release a pre-built item to replicate sated's on-hit passive? You know, bring back Kitae's Bloodrazor with this effect? AS, %max on-hit(the old 2.5% matches sated's flat 60 against 2400 health, and we want items stronger against tanks ans weaker against squish for balance), and sated double-hit (no AD, just the passives. The AD made old kitae weird)

That's a bit disappointing. He'll need 60 cs to max it out, meaning that he pretty much has to go bot lane in order to get full use of his passive. I think this change might make him a bit too strong bot lane, while not helping top lane that much (if you get 20 cs, you get 5 extra MR and armor compared to before). Stacks over time would've been a better solution.

Not that he's weak or anything, but it's kind of annoying that his W requires farm.
