New Summoner's Rift Connectivity Issues

Ever since the Summoner's Rift open beta, I've been noticing a lot more high ping issues for myself and other players, as well as a lot more disconnections. I've been testing my connection ever since, especially during the incidents, and have been finding no issues with my own service regarding other uses of my connection (That doesn't mean I'm downloading stuff or using connection-taxing applications, by the way, just speedtest.net).

Here is my SpeedTest information during a loss of connection to a game:

Ping (for a nearby testing server): 10 ms Download speed: 12.39 Mbps Upload Speed: 11.76 Mbps
