After sending a few gift this holiday, I'm finding that whenever I log in, I am getting the notifications that "so-and-so has received their gift!" And they pop up every time I log in, even after dismissing them.
I have this too, over christmas me and a few friends gifted a shit ton of skins and everytime i log in, i have all the notifications popping up that i dismissed the day we bought them. They're mostly "<Username> has opened their gift." and it bugs me that there are notifications so i of course dismiss them all every time.
I had the same issue and fixed it - apparantly you have to click the large icon in the notification as the X just closes it without marking it as read.
Same. I want it to go away.

i gifted my other account some champion about...3 months ago? still getting the notification everytime I log on.
Rito please get a fix already. I sent a gift in July for f**k sake and there are still goddam pop-ups when I log in now.
