Sona disabled. Ziggs ever so slightly nerfed. (First time i played him i did 80k damage.)

I love Sona but she just flat out needs to be disabled from arams... Having her on a team already decides the game

Or you can just nerf Sona in HA Because some champs are also nerfed in other maps outside of SR like Kayle, Kha, Fizz in CS and TT

Base Health reduced to 300. There now she will have a hard time dueling against a melee minion.

The only "feature" ARAM needs is the ability to ban champions before the remaining champions are assigned. This helps deal with "ZOMG OP" champions (such as Sona), without making specific champion changes in ARAM (which Riot will not do) or permanently removing "ZOMG OP" champions from Howling Abyss (which Riot also will not do).

changing my mind. remove that easy-gg champion from aram.

Reduce healing from skills/shields hp/lifesteal by more than 20%?

And add 1-2 more decent magic resist items. Because nerf on mr hurts ARAM alot.
