I've gone against Veigar, he made thinks difficult, that's for sure. Can't remember who won.
I get tired of playing him
Keep in mind a low pick rate can skew results.
I myself am way too rusty at landing my event horizon, at least with smartcast. Besides, I finally get to play ziggs on abyss =P
He is a difficult champion to master. And he barely does anything early game except for stun. And end game he can get nuked very hard very easily. So that is why he isnt picked alot. But i agree he is a great champion in arams
