Free Sight-Stone Mode

A mode should exist where Trinkets are already Full-Upgraded Sight-Stones (Ruby-Version). Either that or already in inventory from the beginning. Especially for new players. Put this into the Tutorials, too, and make it required before one can do Ranked.
