Ranked Team Role Builder

Noticed a lot of players lately complaining about the trolls in ranked solo/duo queue. Lots of fighting over who gets to play what role and trolling if it doesn't go their way. I'm not level 30 yet (currently level 21) but I have always wondered why there was no Team Builder for ranked games, or who it was that ever came up with the idea that Draft should be the only rank mode. Seems like team builder would be a no-brainer since you are expecting people to play as a team when it comes to ranked games. Would be nice to select a role and search for a team, or start a team role builder and search for specific roles, then once all roles are filled, be loaded into a Draft screen from there. I've seen a lot of people mention something like this on other sites so I can't take credit for the idea. Just trying to shed more light on the subject as team builder is honestly my favorite mode and allows people to play the position they feel most comfortable with.
