Different Aram modes?

What if there was an ARAM mode that only involved champions that had basic skills that were skill shots? (so no champions whos only skill shot is their ultimate such as irelia) What if there was an ARAM mode that had no champions with basic skills that were skill shots?

What if this idea is terrible, but that's OK -- Riot doesn't support ARAM anyway.

The only other mode ARAM needs is a draft mode that allows team captains to ban noxious champions before the random assignments are handed out. But again, Riot doesn't support ARAM.
