Add extra IP bonus for "Roles in Need" (teambuilder)?

I don't mean like a crazy amount of IP maybe like 30-90ish.

Just tired of getting into a teambuilder group, waiting about 10 minutes for a needed role, and then the group disbanding.

I honestly don't mind waiting I just hate when groups are forced to disband because no one is playing a certain role.
