Is it that hard to give us URF?

Seriously i don't get it So much for waiting for the return Ultra Rapid Fire, and now Riot gives us the middle finger by giving us the opposite instead

Maybe the gamemode is fun, who knows, but i still don't get what is hard about giving the community what it asks for
