Summoner's Rift Beta Details?

OK, so I'm curious, Riot: What do you mean by the "Summoner's Rift Beta Ending"? Does it mean we get the crappy old SR until the new one is finished, or does this mean the new SR is officially releasing soon? I really gotta know the details on this.

It means that the new SR is now finished. They're (probably) not going to be making any more large changes to the map.
