Teemo gets buffed from 3 to 5 minute shrooms on CS and TT thanks to Rito screwing up yet another patch and doesn't fix it for another 5 more.

@MWAB Keep an eye even if it stays properly at 3. Teemo might need extra nerfs to reduce the hit count to 2 range 1 melee. The sheer amount of time it takes to clear them as a mage (~3 hits) now makes them effectively walls that also alert his entire team to your exact movement when you clear them alone with . Reducing even AD champions to that same speed looks like it might give him way too much map control.

I had to repost this because some idiot mod flagged it as belonging in G&B despite being map-specific to TT and CS. The mods don't even play the game. Otherwise any idiot could recognize 3 minute shrooms and gold border items as map-specific.
