Majority for All for One mode should be 4 out of 5

Why is 3 out of 5 the majority for picking when 4 out of 5 has always been considered the majority vote for things like forfeiting. I am a solo player, I enjoy playing the game by myself and making my own decisions. I feel like I should be entitled to a voice when 2/5 and 3/5 are 40% and 60% respectively, which is not really calling it majority in my opinion. If 3 people wants to play one champion, and 2 people wants to play a different champion, the difference is only 20%, why make it 100%? I do not think that it is fair.
