I have a couple ideas

Let's get right to it. New Game Mode: Coaching - Summoners rift 5v5, one high elo gets placed with 4 low elo and attempts to help the lower players learn to play better. It's pretty straightforward. I'll add in some potential features that you could utilize.

1.) High Elo's chat is in a different color to make it more noticable. 2.) High Elo has certain abilities to make management of the lower players easier. 3.) A review option at the end for the lower elo's to rate their experience with the coach. 4.) Once the coach reaches a certain amount of respect per their rating, they gain the ability to kick the trolls from the game so the players who really want to improve can. I don't want to spend too much time on this because I'm not sure what people are going to think about it. It could be quite helpful to new players and bronze players like myself.

A few notes, I know it will probably take a lot of time to find games at times, but the players who really want to get better will be willing to wait. There will likely be trolls as there are in all game modes. Simply report them and move on as it will always be. I'm sure some of you have a lot of ideas to add to this, or hate the idea in general. Feel free to voice your opinions and express yourself.

which problems are we trying to solve with this?

to do this right, it needs a lot of resources. The return on investment may not be very high.

i think repetition is the best way to learn

A better way to implement it is to make screen sharing and voice communication possible as an in-game feature without third party software. A game mode known as "Mentoring" or perhaps just a feature that allows you to do these things if you select mentor.
