All For One "Majority"

That's the difference between a simple majority and a super majority.

Nobody ever said Surrender voting was done on simple majority standards.

it was because in previous versions people complained when 4 went for 1 champ and 1 would choose a different champ and well the 1 that had the 20% would get picked it caused so much of an uproar that i guess they decided so long as it is a majority it wins.

I remember all the complaints, dodging when a champ with a 20% chance vs 80% chance would win i spent more time in queue and champ select some days than i did playing.

This is also a featured game so the rules are slightly different
