Caucasians can also have a darker skin.
looks caucasian, but her ethnicity is shuriman, because north-africans are as caucasians as europeans since they're from the same race.
Same for any "dark skinned" champion, the only racially black we know are Pyke, Lucian, Ekko and maybe Karma. So yes, she is caucasian, just really tanned.
well, I always thought she was like an habes, even if not an Habesh there are some black races that are paler than others! but yeah in my eyes she black.
