Visual effect on Aatrox's passive

Hi folks

I feel like Aatrox could use a visual effect on his new passive -- other than the healing one. Something like Vlad's Q for example, but smaller, maybe only against champions.

It would strengthen his "bloodthirsty" theme while also make it clearer when the passive procs.

Thoughts ?
