Riven doesn't really represent Noxus anymore tho, only her perception of its true ideals. Would she fight if seeked out, who knows, but right now she isn't part of the Noxus rank and file.

I'd argue Kled vs Xin over Kat honestly. Both are veterans and both (if I assume with Xin's lore when it updates) are loyal to the original code of their adoptive homelands.
