Alright so i made a "tier list" of lore based strength and want some feedback and have a discussion of the strength levels of champions. Will give explanations for why i place them if asked.

Human level

Amumu On the lowest tier? This guy can kill anyone with a hug, including 90% of the champions in the medium tier and even some of the top tier... heck... not even Kindred wants to be his friend.

And ALL the yordles have affinity with magic and long livespan, that must put them above the human level.

I Really think that you need more than 4 Tiers.

Also a good thing to take in mind is that these are obviously very general tiers and just because your in the same tier as another champion doesn't mean you cant be stronger or weaker than others on your tier.

You are missing Xerath there and I honestly doubt that Nasus and Renekton are that powerful(Nasus didn't stand a chance against xerath).

I'd also say that Kindred would be aurelion tier,or even above that,since they are death and even Aurelion can die,pretty much putting him below kindred(though it depends on how you define the power-level as aurelion can do lots of things that kindred can't)

it is difficult to know they real power of a champion, for example Darius has only physical power while Garen can possibly have some sort of magic sword and/or armor (his ultimate, passive and w) but maybe Darius have a magical axe since it heals him. Jhin weapons are also magical so how we measure his power?

I will try to make a list that divide the different champion in different categories, it's not a tier list and so it is possible for a normal human to beat and ascended begins but it will be probably very difficult, this list is for better comparing champion of the same category and have an idea of general power. i'm not a lore expert and i could remember something wrong so people correct me.

Normal level (they don't have any innate magical power or magic weapon):
