If Varus Isn't Gonna Get A VGU For A While Can He Atleast Get A Texture Update And Icon Update?

Since it seems that Varus wont be getting any type of visual updating of any sorts could he atleast get a texture update and some and a icon update? His textures are pretty horrid and his icons are old and could be improved so why not knock out 2 birds with one stone and fix his textures to make him look better and his icons to just look good as new. Maybe since it seems one day Riot wants to do some voice work for him due to this new lore this could be done too?

EDIT: When I mean a while I mean there aren't any plans for one at the moment I don't want anyone to be confused.
