Bring back the Journal of Justice!
I think that the JoJ is a really good narrative device, and you could use it to solidify the new direction the lore is going in.

I think it's a good addition to regularly bring lore in a steady fashion to allow for some more build-up and an additional perspective.
I do not think it is a good main or sole perspective, due to it being a detached journalist perspective.
