Can we please have a Swain clean up

It has been a forever since Riot last looked at Swain. He got a TR recently and his kit is great, but his Splash art and main model is a bit outdated. His splash art has never been changed, and I feel that it does not show him as it should. The more recent splash arts (other then Kat and Wukong, those were not that great) match the new looking rift, and yet his SA ( Along with many others) look like they are from the old rift. His in game model, he does not look like a Grand General that he is. He looks more like the leader of some wierd cult ( The black rose, I know, but he is a General. LB is the leader and she looks more like a royal stripper, I am just saying) then the leader of a empire,whose history is full of glory and gore. It has also been a small forever ago since he got a skin, and I am getting tired of waiting for Dragon Master Swain. Riot do you have any plans for him ?
