@Riot New Azir skin on PBE

Let me start off by saying I'm a die hard main. Ever since he first came out I loved how different and unique he was. I've been constantly playing him from when he was considered garbage with bugs, all the way to when he was god tier and I'm still playing him after recent nerfs. With all that said, 's original skin was always one of the most visually appealing skins in the game to me. The colour schemes he has work incredibly well with the whole ghostly appearance. I would play Karthus just because he was so visually appealing. Now, there was a ton of fan art going around of a Necromancer Azir skin where he was surrounded in green fog with skulls everywhere. But let me just say, in my opinion it couldn't of been done any better than you what guys managed to put together. It exceeded my expectations at least and I love how it has a similar theme to Karthus while not just looking like a copy of him. Absolutely love it, great job and now I'll be able to stop using Galactic Azir after a year of spamming it!
