Why doesn't Xin's horse in the Commando splash have shades?

This seems like a pretty obvious oversight to me. I mean, olive drab and shades are basically the whole point of the skin line, right?

The real question is: Why does Commando Xin have a horse in his splash, but not in-game?

Speaking of Xin and horses, where's the horse that Xin is riding in his Warring Kingdom's splash? Dat misrepresentative!

Because -2 dmg instead of -1 from summoner 14 and Leona spells would be too over the top.
