After the 2 new legendary skins NB Yasuo and DB Riven I've been thinking alot about legendary skins and I was thinking who should get the next one. I personally want to see

Get a legendary skin I dont play these champions alot but I would love to see what they could do with them animation and voice wise since I love listening to the VO's.
QUINN. She can fit into so many skin lines, but has nothing above 975 RP, even after four years. Potential ideas:
Hextech Quinn, a wealthy augmented Piltover agent who watches over the city in steampunk uniform and stomps crime with her Hextech falcon, Valor
PROJECT: Quinn with Valor as an intelligent AI drone, ult combines her with the drone and rains nano-missiles from the sky
Vastaya Quinn! This one goes without saying. Ult turns her into a bird and rains down a hail of deadly feathers
Queen Quinn, an AU skin where she becomes ruler of Demacia. Valor is a giant Demacian raptor, her ult rains spears from the sky
Fallen Quinn, an ex-Blessed Isles ranger who was consumed by the Black Mist and had her soul merged with a raven spirit
yes another skin i love her idc, besides her only 1820rp skin is legacy and now substandard for that tier
i dont even play him, but all of his skins have been straight up amazing so far and am looking forward more skins for him!

Zac and Azir. I don't own them just really like a skin concept for them both that I chatted with a rioter about some months ago. It is nanotech and nanotech as a combo.
First I thought of them as Azir getting a legendary and the Zac skin epic like when they released darkstar Thresh and Varus but now when they released both dawnbringer Riven and Nightbringer Yasuo I would like to see them both as legendary
remember Riot plans skin for the next months. So I guess that 3 legendary skins are already in progess and so it is hard to say what champs wil get skins in the next year, because 60% that are mentioned here will get visual changes or get a skin in the next year.
