This is a popular and supreme skin. It costs quite a lot, you know. But guess what, it's so incredibly out of date. You cannot even compare it with the other ultimate skins (udyr, Sona).
So i think it's about time you guys decide to upgrade it, because as of right now, this skin is not rly worth the price

Seriously this question was asked a lot in the recent months and it seems highly unlikely that they'll do it as they rarely update a skin on its own(the only exceptions so far were star guardian lux and dragon tamer lulu,which both happened when other skins of the same theme were released).
And Pulsefire ezreal still fits the criteria for an ultimate skin,he has multiple models,completely new animations,new skill effects and a new voice over. Skins like gentleman cho'gath and corporate mundo have it much worse since they don't even have new animations(and I think gentleman cho even reuses the classic model to some extent)
There are so many skins in the game that "aren't worth the price" but Riot won't
The champions that have these issues require them to do VGUs in order to do anything to any of these skins as they don't update them on their own unless it's a small texture update seen in a few skins with newer continuations added.
Seeing how Ezreals kit is still pretty decent, there's about a 95% chance he'd hit THE LIST any time soon. There are many more champions with Kits, Skins, ect that could benefit much more.
There's Gentleman Chogath & Brolaf who's attack animation are the exact same as their Classic skin, but w/e, Pulsefire Ezreal then.
